The Future of Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Series: What to Expect

Rumors are swirling that Samsung is gearing up to launch its Galaxy Tab S10 series later this year. Following the debut of the company’s flagship foldable smartphones at the Galaxy Unpacked event, market analysts are predicting that the production of the upcoming tablets could begin as early as next month. Reports suggest that Samsung may unveil two models in the Galaxy Tab S10 series in October, namely the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, while potentially discontinuing the base model.

According to Display Supply Chain Consultants CEO Ross Young, both the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus and S10 Ultra may come in two colorways, grey and silver. The tablets are expected to feature large AMOLED screens, with the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra rumored to have a sizable 14.6-inch display. Leaked renders hint that the design of the new models may remain similar to their predecessors, with the S-Pen remaining magnetically attachable at the back of the tablet.

Benchmark sightings suggest that the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus could be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset paired with 12GB of RAM. The tablet is also expected to run on Android 14 out of the box, with a model number of SM-X828U. On the other hand, the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra may retain the quad-speaker setup with sound by AKG. Both tablets are anticipated to offer high-quality displays and performance enhancements compared to previous models.

While no specific details regarding the launch date of the Galaxy Tab S10 series were provided, analysts like Max Jambor have suggested that Samsung could unveil the tablets in October. With production set to begin in August, it seems likely that the highly-anticipated devices will make their debut in the latter part of the year. Fans of Samsung’s tablet lineup can expect cutting-edge technology and innovative features from the upcoming Galaxy Tab S10 series.
