Sony Launches ULT Power Sound Series in India

Sony has recently introduced its ULT Power Sound series to the Indian market, showcasing an array of Bluetooth-enabled speakers and headphones. The new lineup includes the Sony ULT Tower 10, ULT Field 7, ULT Field 1 speakers, and the Sony ULT Wear wireless headphones.

The Sony ULT Wear headphones are equipped with 40mm drivers boasting a sensitivity rating of 110dB. These over-the-ear wireless headphones are powered by Sony’s Integrated Processor V1 and come with a unique ULT button that allows users to select different sound modes. Dual noise sensor technology provides noise cancellation capabilities, while the headphones offer a frequency response range of 5Hz-20,000Hz. Additionally, the headphones have a foldable design with soft ear cushions for comfort.

Sony boasts that the ULT Wear headphones can deliver up to 30 hours of playback time with noise cancelling on and up to 50 hours of playtime with noise cancelling turned off. Furthermore, a quick three-minute charge is said to provide up to 90 minutes of playtime. The headphones support Bluetooth 5.2 for seamless connectivity and are compatible with SBC and AAC audio codecs. They weigh a mere 225 grams, making them suitable for extended wear.

The Sony ULT Tower 10 is a party speaker featuring a wireless microphone for karaoke sessions and a unique ULT button for easy sound mode selection. The box-style speaker includes Echo and Key controls on the top panel and offers Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. It supports a wide frequency range of 20kHz to 20,000Hz and can be linked with up to 100 compatible speakers for synchronised music and lighting through the Party Connect feature.

Meanwhile, the Sony ULT Field 7 is a wireless portable speaker with an IP67 water and dust-resistant build, making it suitable for outdoor use. The speaker is equipped with Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity, SBC, AAC, and LDAC codec support, and has a frequency range of 20kHz to 20,000Hz. It offers up to 30 hours of battery life on a single charge and can also function as an amplifier for a guitar. Users can customise the speaker through the Party Connect feature.

The Sony ULT Field 1 wireless portable speaker is designed to provide up to 12 hours of battery life and features an IP67-rated build for durability. It supports Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity and is compatible with AAC and SBC codecs. Users have the option to control the music and lighting of the ULT Tower 10, ULT Field 7, and ULT Field 1 speakers through the Music Center app. Each model comes with an ULT button for selecting different bass modes.

Sony’s ULT Power Sound series offers a diverse range of Bluetooth speakers and headphones catering to different audio preferences. With innovative features, impressive battery life, and robust connectivity options, the new lineup is set to enhance the audio experience for consumers in India.
