Michigan’s football program is in a state of transition as they search for a new head coach to replace Jim Harbaugh, who was recently named the head coach of the Los Angeles Chargers. In 2023, Moore took on additional responsibilities as offensive coordinator, leading the Wolverines to an undefeated season and a 14th national ranking in scoring offense, at 35.9 points per game. Michigan scored 30 or more points in 12 out of their 15 games.
