Hezbollah’s leader has recently made bold declarations, warning of a fight with “no rules and with no red lines” in the event of a full-out war with Israel. This statement comes in the midst of escalating tensions between the Lebanese militant group and Israel, with both sides engaging in cross-border fire. The conflict was further fueled by an Israeli airstrike that killed a senior Hezbollah commander, leading to retaliatory threats from Hezbollah’s Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.
Nasrallah also boasted about Hezbollah’s military capabilities, stating that they have “obtained new weapons” without providing specific details. The group, known for using rockets, anti-tank missiles, and heavy warhead rockets, is believed to have a significant number of fighters, exceeding 100,000 according to Nasrallah. In a surprising turn of events, Nasrallah also issued a warning to Cyprus, cautioning the European Union member against allowing Israel to launch military operations from its territory.
