Shocking allegations have surfaced against renowned psychiatrist, entrepreneur, and commodities trader Henry Jarecki. A woman who claims to be a sexual abuse victim of Jeffrey Epstein has filed a lawsuit naming Jarecki as her abuser. The lawsuit, filed in Manhattan federal court, accuses Jarecki of raping and sex trafficking the woman after Epstein referred her to him for psychiatric treatment.
According to the lawsuit, Jarecki, who is 91 years old, was allegedly “close friends” with Epstein and was aware of the young women Epstein sent to him for treatment. The suit claims that Jarecki understood these women were under Epstein’s control, making them vulnerable to sexual abuse. The woman, identified as “Jane Doe 11,” alleges that Jarecki raped her repeatedly from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, the suit accuses Jarecki of using testosterone pills to enhance his sex drive and forcing the woman to engage in sexual acts with other men in his presence.
Jarecki’s lawyer, Sarita Kedia, has vehemently denied the allegations, stating that they are “entirely false and baseless.” Kedia asserts that Jarecki never engaged in any abusive behavior towards the accuser or any other individual. Despite the strong denial from Jarecki’s legal team, the lawsuit is seeking unspecified monetary damages for sexual battery, sex trafficking, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
The accuser is represented by attorneys Brad Edwards, David Boies, and Sigrid McCawley, who have a track record of advocating for victims of sexual abuse. Edwards described the lawsuit as “important” and praised the woman for her courage in coming forward. He expressed hope that her bravery would inspire other victims to speak up about their experiences.
This lawsuit comes on the heels of a $290 million settlement obtained by the same legal team from JPMorgan Chase on behalf of Epstein’s victims. The case sheds light on the dark underbelly of sexual abuse and exploitation that often involves powerful and influential individuals. Jarecki, a respected figure in the field of psychiatry, now finds himself at the center of a legal storm that may have far-reaching consequences.
Jeffrey Epstein’s association with high-profile individuals, including Jarecki, Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and Prince Andrew, has highlighted the extent of his network of influence.
