“Double Booked” follows a successful self-help writer (played by Adam Scott) and his heavily pregnant wife (Zazie Beetz) who plan a weekend getaway at a secluded lodge. With a blizzard moving in, they are forced to spend the night together, leading to a series of chilling events fueled by deception and deadly consequences.
Adam Scott, who received an Emmy and Golden Globe nomination for his role in the AppleTV+ series “Severance,” will be leading the star-studded cast. Sterling K. Brown, a three-time Emmy winner, is known for his work in “This Is Us” and “American Fiction.” Zazie Beetz rose to fame in “Atlanta” and has appeared in films like “Deadpool 2” and “Joker.” Alexandra Daddario, best known for her role in HBO’s “The White Lotus,” has also starred in blockbusters like “San Andreas” and “Baywatch.”
The script for “Double Booked” is written by David Levinson, and the film is produced by Adam Goodman, Matt Skiena, Adam Scott, and Naomi Scott. Protagonist Pictures is handling international sales, with UTA Independent Film Group and CAA co-repping North America.
